Freshdesk is optional customer support software that runs across multiple support channels. Support channels include email, phone, websites, and social media. The Freshdesk API allows users to communicate with help desks in different ways. The API allows users to connect to the help desk, fill in data, extract data to other applications, and even develop their applications to integrate with the Freshdesk helpdesk. The API uses RESTful calls and responses are in XML format.
